Wrapped, rolled or stuffed - these loved dishes are a signature of the Middle East. Chef Ana will bring her favorite dolma tool and show you how to make Vine Leaves with Figs, Leeks & Yogurt, Swiss Chard Rolls with Bulgur, Almonds & Saffron, Carrots with Ground Lamb & Moroccan Spices, and more.
Classes include a recipe booklet, tastes of all dishes demonstrated, beer or wine pairings (depending on class topic) and plenty of time for Q & A with the Chef!
